I'm a Registered Nurse and Certified Trauma Coach, but more importantly - I'm a survivor who figured out how to truly heal, not just cope. 

My Journey 

While my clinical training gives me the knowledge to present evidence-based practices, my courses come from something more powerful: decades of personal trial and error. I learned to reset my own nervous system through countless attempts, setbacks, and breakthroughs. I discovered that healing isn't linear - that flashbacks, memories, and triggers come in waves, and that doesn't mean you're failing. It means you're healing. The turning point in my recovery wasn't found in a textbook. It was learning to regulate my nervous system. That's when everything changed. When I could finally calm my body's constant alarm system, I could start to truly heal - not just understand my trauma intellectually, but actually transform how it lived in my body. 

Why I Created These Courses 

I decided to turn my pain into purpose. I became an educator so I could give others the tools I wish I'd had - the practical, body-based techniques that actually work when you're triggered in the middle of Target with your kids melting down. 

What Makes These Courses Different 

You've probably noticed - there's a lot of content out there about trauma and abuse. People talk endlessly about the tactics abusers use, how trauma makes you feel, and why you react the way you do. And yes, understanding your experiences matters. Validation matters. But I kept asking: Then what? How do I actually heal? Most resources stop at awareness. They help you understand what happened and why you feel broken, but they don't show you how to put yourself back together. They don't teach you how to regulate your nervous system, reprogram your brain to receive joy instead of constantly scanning for danger, or move from hypervigilance to actual peace. That's the gap I'm filling.
